With over 18 years in business accounting experience, Owner Monica Casale understands the demands of running a business like yours. Monica and her highly qualified staff to relieve you from the day to day pressures of doing your own books so you can focus on what you do best – running your business. Her passion for organization is what drives her success and makes her an asset to your business.

In addition to helping local businesses, Monica has devised one of the first comprehensive green bookkeeping systems, using scanners, software and the internet allowing her clients to literally “Scan It, Shred It and Forget It” while knowing they are environmentally conscious and business savvy. She offers this remote bookkeeping to all businesses in the United States.

A first generation American, many of her family still reside in Columbia. She is bilingual speaking both English and Spanish. Monica lives with her family in Northern California and enjoys her daughter’s talent and passion for horseback riding and competition. She is nurturing a personal interest in golf which is making her golf-enthusiast husband very, very happy.
